A Disciple-making Incubator
Making disciples of Jesus in the ordinary rhythms of life.
Go. Make Disciples.
We will walk with you as you become a disciple who makes disciples — at your job, around your table, and in your neighborhood — until the good news of Jesus is woven into every corner of Oregon.
Immerse in Oregon
The population of Portland Metro is roughly 2.4 million people. To reach 1% (24,000) with the Good News of Jesus. We'll need 1,200 simple churches with hundreds of marketplace practitioners.
“John baptized with water, but in just a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.” Acts 1:5 (NLT)
Our name is our calling.
To baptize is to immerse — to be fully plunged in. We want followers of Jesus immersed in the Spirit, immersed in His Word, and immersed in the everyday lives of the people around them.
Not a program you attend. A life you're plunged into.

: baptize
Immerse is here to plunge ordinary believers so deeply into the way of Jesus that their neighbors, coworkers, and friends can't help but notice.
Stay in the loop on trainings and gatherings.
